We aim for satisfaction, but refunds are subject to these conditions:

- Service isn’t delivered in promised time
- No service start within 48 hours of full payment
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
3. Ineligible Refunds
- Services partially or fully completed
- Account bans linked to service use
- Change of mind after ordering
4. Request Procedure
To request a refund, email info@towa-xports.com within 7 days. Include your order ID and a brief explanation.
5. Processing Time
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
